My work always aims to empower Black communities through environmental justice, led by the scientific and engineering ingenuity of those it impacts most. Research has shown that Environmental injustices disproportionately affect Black communities, yet these communities are often sidelined in scientific research and policymaking processes.

My Mission

To revolutionize environmental justice by elevating the roles of Black scientists and engineers in crafting and implementing solutions to the world’s most pressing environmental challenges.
